16" overall, heavy pike-like double edged 11.5" blade with wide integral guard & central spine, .30" thick at ricasso, full tang, carved initials "PLB" and "Co H 44" on either wood slab grip. CONDITION: very good overall, "as found" heavy iron patina, wood slab grips have hand worn patina and wear partially obscuring carved inscription. PROVENANCE: ex-Tommy Knox collection. (02-25899/JS).
